    I think it works as follows:
    La Jolla $ --> LoanAmount to Cellmid
    Cellmid CDYshares --> La Jolla
    CDYshares = LoanAmount/CDYprice
    So if CDYprice is depressed => La Jolla will get more CDYshares.
