Money talks, I am not sure all members of the BOD were thrilled when RCF came knocking to be a part of the merge noting past history. LD is driving this deal, I dont think he could have been any clearer at the AGM, given the PLL offtake deal structure SYA was going no where other than administration.
You are aware RCF were instrumental in PLS and Australian super outplaying AJM to take control of ALO? Once RCF rang the doorbell the legacy AJM BOD must have had that sinking feeling.
