Well your attempt at sarcasm leaves a lot to be desired. I deal in facts not fiction. As you would no doubt be aware or should be aware there is no such thing as "Deferred delivery" . I presume you hold shares in LEI that are being transferred to HCG as per a normal transaction.Should you read the legal documents and announcements made, the transfer and issuance of HCG shares to LEI holders is to be completed by 31st March 2011. Correct me if I am wrong but today is the 9th February 2011.
I agree with you I am a bad ramper as I did not try to ramp the SP but simply called the present position as I see it. Your comment about LEI " deferred delivery shareholders" selling is mind blowing. Please inform me how LEI shareholders can sell HCG shares that they have not got yet. Let me clarify your question. You asked where the selling was coming from? Obviously sellers must have shares to sell or according to you" they can sell shares they don't have." In 1 syllable words:Some HCG shareholders are selling their shares that were worth 3c for 6.5c and making a profit. Investors, as do I, think that these shares are excellent buying at 6.5c and will increase in value as the company commercialises its LEI assets.
I am a very happy little "goose" to be able to buy shares at 6.5c.
Cheers
