Ann: Change of Director's Interest Notice , page-2

I really want to know how this IS NOT a breach of their recent share trading policy.

The director exercised 500k and sold 300k on the market at what seem like 57c per share, a few days before a market sensitive announcement is made. Plus, converting and selling days apart, isnt that speculative??

Gee I hope there's a reasonable explanation for this.

I hold and I love the company's prospects. Why would a director sell 300,000 units???
