USA has a lot of minerals. They have like the EU become victim of this extreme green crap. Don't dig it here, dig it up elsewhere. Don't refine it here, refine it elsewhere. We want it, we need it but do it elsewhere and send us the clean pristine product. If the mining company pollutes elsewhere it is not our problem. If the processor pollutes elsewhere it is not our problem. Just give us the clean pristine product and our hands are clean.
It is the end user's problem because pollution anywhere is still pollution. Clean pristine product obtained with dirty pollution practices is still dirty pollution. Only by having the mining and processing done elsewhere, the end user has no, none, zero, zilch control over the the volume of pollution or the toxicity of the pollution.
Trump is going to open up mining in the States and streamline the permitting system and put paid to this hindrance crap of NIMBYism using the courts even if the proposals are within the relevant legislation. This will get the States access trillions of dollars worth of minerals, provide jobs, take away the need to import and make US self-reliant in the minerals that exist in the States.
The EU has a lot of minerals and far too many avenues preventing them from being mined.
Love him or hate him, Trump has a mandate to govern fully and he is making the most of it. He can govern like a dictator. To go forward everybody needs their toes stamped on, no special groups or people, just reset and toe the line.
We are up for elections again and it will be a minority government again. Minority governments cannot govern. If one party cannot get up, make sure the other does get up to rule in its own right. Voting for all these minor parties to make the major parties accountable only votes in a quagmire that cannot govern. Something that we have had for many years.
