after 10 long years with dramas being on the sidelines here
I am finally back in as a long term holder of FMG.
I have changed my status to HELD & BUY !
I have bought at the bottom I believe.
14-15 area showing strong support
I will relish those juicy dividends and keep adding to my Long stake
I am LONG !
Now we should see -
- lower interest rates here and globally (4 cuts predicted this year alone)
- lower inflation
- lower prices & lower energy costs
- higher growth in Oz
- lower tariffs between US/non tariff states around 50% of the world as countries like vietnam EU scramble to do deals on tariffs and reducing market barriers.
- china trade war and its eventual settlement with a trade deal or paying the pied piper
The main concern of a chinese invasion of taiwan is now off the table pushed back 4 years imho.
IO will flow to china as usual and IOP will be increased due to volatility
IO is the commodity of the future.
Its needed everywhere and we have it in mass quantities in WA.
FMG will reap the benefits of this imho
SHORTS were very active all day here but their droop 15.50 to 14.85 failed and it rebounded into close around 5.10
Should have closed above its open at 16.00 imho as MIN did
FMG underperformed RIO BHP MIN VALE today
FMG is way undervalued imho.
Tomorrow i expect a higher open as the equity rebound trade continues for the next 3 days as market realises theyve been Punk'd by trump into selling/shorting.
