Hmm, not really ... 'news' is a grey area ... if there are clinical results to hand and approved by whatever rubber stamp is require to approve these things then yes, that must be shared pronto.
There are days and weeks before that happy event when people close to the action ... not just IMU management but lab techs, doctors, nurses even hospital cleaners not to mention the patients themselves and all the extended family and social media contacts that radiate from all those parties may have good 'news' available to them.
Of course, none of that is publishable but will IMU management be aware? You bet.
Again, speculation by moi but i'll bet up to $10 that there will be something price sensitive and positive released before the 17th.
