    Some retail investors are funny - management bashing has become a trend. Management MUST be rewarded if they create shareholder value - this is nothing new and this incentive scheme is very very reasonable.

    I think they know what is in the ground - look at what is required under Milestone - 20g and 50g - I think this is coming fast biggrin.png.
