Just about to post the same sentiments - the short at $38 seems very aggresive. Noteworthy that 20% of all trades yesterday short sales....As soon as the share price approaches $38 the volume of selling increases considerably...

If NCM management ever needed any further evidence as to why a Canadian listing is needed check out the TSX from last night - some very healthy gains....

Short term the action in NCM more than frustrating but longer term the fundamentals for gold/ncm undeniable.
