the back and forth on patents doesnt address the underlying issue that patents have not been granted. Applications lodged but not granted.. i believe @stockswami pointed this out.
So, this is either to do with a delay to maximise patent protection time or something more sinister.. shame Lee didn't answer any questions on the patents in the presentation, ignoring this puts me in the sinister camp until further notice.
in relation to the pfizer invented nasal spray debacle, im in the camp that if pfizer did, they would have brought to market.. why?? Because once the orginal patents expired and the generics flooded the market they had no competitive advantage and lost market share.. a new product would have given the old dog a new fight.. simples.
