On the 28th Feb 2025 NUH was removed froom ASX offical list and chess sponsorship.
Shares were then moved from chess to issuer sponsor, that is NUH is now the sponsor of your holdings at that point and they would have a record of your holdings which would be the same as your chess holding
It will remain on NUH's register until the share transfer to Orecchio (thieves) is executed which has now occurred. So everyones NUH holdings have now been transferred to Orrechio (thieves), they will have 100% of all NUH shares now.
Given the lack of resources at NUH it is unclear when the final issuer statements will be sent out.
Also, the thieves at Orecchio would have also raised or injected some capital so there would be an issue of shares to those investors.
