robbery from shareholders, sry but its too too much, reward them but when shareholder get dividends, ie make aprofit which is sitll some time off. 10s of millions of free shares (if it get to $1- and we all hope it does and beyong) ontop of nearing $600,000 just for staying in the job (super including) in all companies i invest in,, my opionion is the same, if they believe in the company BUY shares, they get paid more than enough in salary to afford that an more. you would think the company has billions in revenue before cost, to pay such $$$ the cop out always seems to be to be in line in industry standard- who set that? themselves, me myself and I, them that is not me
