I assume the company secretary resigned due to the complete and utter balls up mentioned in this ASX announcement. The C.F.O was out of his depth (bad management hiring someone that lacked the required experience). Not sure about the C.C.O. Been spun as wanting to be closer to family. So yes alarm bells. Red flags.
