What most investors see.....IN coming CR. They will dilute the shares to around 4 billion, then pay themselves for the next 3 years. All this talk about lawsuits against the board is laughable. legally they have done nothing wrong. You might not like that you have all been duped, whilst these guys fill their pockets, but it's not illegal, Immoral yes, but not illegal. I have been watching these guys destroy really good companies and the ASX allow this type of behaviour. Neil was our last hope for Magnum, but they have him where they want him......

What I actually thought was they would want this company to succeed earlier on in the piece. However, watching them purposely fumble the football time and time again shows me they have been happy to watch the SP implode on itself. (smart move) Especially if they do pull a rabbit out of the proverbial hat. Pay yourself a shit load of shares, allow yourself to participate in an internal raise (more shares) then drop a bombshell deal. Very clever!! I have seen this many times in the past 20 years I have been investing, and I have made a good living from seeing these obvious patterns. I have been on a few boards, and this happens all the time, not just on the ASX but markets all over the world. It's a very clever play. These board members if they pull this off will become very wealthy. Waiting for the Tariffs to take affect and not pushing the SA deal is a genius play.

Just for transparency... I do not hold a lot. I will buy more on news because this has the potential to be a MID-CAP company in the near to mid future. Too high risk for me right now. My sentiment is BUY for those that have huge Balls!! Good luck everyone!
