okay, if you remember then company made a specific announcement stating that they managed/they had legal provisions in their lease that they have some sort of right that they creditor for Healthscope can't take asset ( don't remember exact wording at the moment)....! At that time as well as multiple time after that company could have mentioned that we got bank guarantee for six months worth of rent and when HCW announced last month that they not getting full rent then also company could have stated that nothing to worry we will recover payment from bank guarantee but they didn't do that either. Company has not announced any rent receipt so safe to assume nothing was paid out hence they cancelled dividend otherwise they would have encashed the guarantee to pay you all dividend..![]()
so basically your assumption is something might be helping you sleep well but I wouldn't buy it.
selling property to make cashflow work upto some degree but not that they can maintain their nta or keep paying bills by selling assets...in that scenario they are better of winding down the fund, sell all asset and return capital to shareholders and as you still dreaming about $1.58 nta then you should get good cashback at this price...but they not doing that either which means capital raise is ideal in this scenario for company to pay debt in the asset which is not giving any income...in my opinion...!
