Having had the ring of the doorbell by police for a fatal accident involving my family member, I know the shock, and the heartbreak.
Trouble with Aussie journalists they are so parochial, and probably have lots of slow news days. so they have to drum up issues into something they're not, just to keep themselves in a job.
This rat Mark Reilly (Riler?) took on George W. Bush a few years back when he was here, and tried to make a fool of him. He came out of it the fool himself. with lots of egg on his own face.
Too many political journalists - most puffed up with their own self-importance.
And the majority with the red flag on their walls.
