With NEU share price is significantly undervalued with P/E ratio of 9.12 compared to SIG trading with a P/E of 115, which one has more potential to grow x3 - x4 times from here. The probability of receiving the Take Over offer is closing day by day with today's announcement.
I hope the management do not accept an offer which will disappoint its shareholders. I have seen such a disgruntle with MYX takeover where majority of retail holders were disappointed. This is absolute BUY now but DYOR before any buy and sell decision. My BUY AND HOLD position won't change until next year.
