Apologies in advance if this is a stupid question but one poster (apologies, I have forgotten their name) suggested that Breakthrough Therapy Designation was a lock. I think "take it to the bank" were the words used.
Appreciate you never make investment decisions based on unknown posters on an online forum but wondered whether this is still possible or has the time for this passed? Should it have been announced prior to Phase 3 trial agreement? Does that mean we are unlikely to be granted BTD?
