look agree.....if theres an asset that they can pick up for a bargain in this econcimic climate and turn around in parralell with Sofdra it all adds the valuation down the track.
I was very much against a CR for acquisition (assuming this M&A was a good 12 months away in the horizon).....but if the market presents itself with an opportunity - need to jump on it if it fits the bill and due diligence. no point sitting on it and paying 2-3 times for it in 12 -18 months time
