One would think that the board would be more strategic about avoiding constant dilution. Raising another 1.25 million the exact same way as last time already knowing full well how negatively it was perceived and sold down, to do it again without even a slight premium, suggests they’re either not exploring other options or are too comfortable letting shareholders bear the cost. If they truly believe in their ‘best-in-class’ device, why not find internal solutions—like private funding or even staff contributions—1.25 should be peanuts to raise internally and would go an immensely long way to show their confidence outside of these announcements that clearly do F’all to the share price and it doesn’t take a high iq to know that their market cap is holding them back
