Looks like corporate raiding already underway. 14% dilution will only add to the instos already strong position on the register. If the BGL SP goes lower than raise price of 85c, then most likely this is headed for a lowball takeover.Only $40M allocated for working capital, that is only enough for 1 quarter. I say T/O 1-July if not earlier.
