what I don’t comprehend is: 1: the trumpeting of Cassius legal claim without Ghana having filed their defence - due 29/9, but if Ghana receive the same leave to delay (same as Cassius) by 3 months, then even longer before Cassius lawyers can digest the strength of the arguments. 2: Cassius has exhausted any further share placements until Jan 2026, after the 2 recent placements within 3 months. Are you saying Cassius will be ok with loans from others to bankroll the case? If so, how is that better for other 50% of SH’s outside the top 20. 3: if the top 20 are comfortable with the above, what difference does the SP make to them if they are banking on a legal win? 4: if you feel the SP is undervalued for whatever reasons, then the only benefit of a higher SP is to give the opportunity for existing SH’s to exit: to either capitalise on their gain or mitigate their loss if they bought earlier at say 4c. Please correct me if I’m wrong as I don’t take anything personally or as an insult, that’s the beauty of the HC forum.
