thats why I use real estate for my landlord , they can screen out most of the duds except one time the tenants snuck in an extra dog , I allow pets , they were only in 6 months what a mess they made , oh well, most who own rentals are not leeches we are providing a service and bettering our lifestyle, and hopefully leave the made profits for our children to learn and carry on , not being reliant on govt handouts
