From memory, you can apply for the SPP by paying more than once (via bpay).
We'll find out shortly I guess, as for one of my DRE SPP entitlements I paid most of it on Friday and topped it up to the full amount today.
Either way, doesn't matter as most of it was paid on Friday, and worst case I'll get a refund for the smaller amount/top-up if multiple payments aren't a thing. Rarara
