I appreciate all of your input, and valuable information. I've followed since I think the early days of posting Jan 2024 or maybe earlier.
I never suggested or implied once that you were wrong, incorrect, or even disgruntled. When I say Bias, as an investor with little pieces of information here and there I am trying to piece together what info I have to make calculated investment decisions. I don't want to be right, accuse, attack or waste time going back and forwards, a forum as you have suggested is the true purpose of why myself and many shareholders are here. To engage, constructively, and for me, I am here to make money, simple as that. This is not social media for me. I manage money for my family, I take the role serious.
I've taken everything you have said into account for 18 months. I still need to be calculated, as it would be foolish to offload on the basis of your input on a forum. It is frustrating as some of your points last year were important to my own DD, and I don't see how the board if they didn't think they were valid would at least take some of the pointers into account. No doubt they know this thread exists and have seen it.
This is the point I am making, it is all public info and correspondence. You have your facts and perspective, the current board has there's, we as shareholders are trying to be balanced in our own independent views.
I don't see a path forward where you would renter the business, even as a consultant. There is a clear message and indication of you being shut out from the business entirely. If this was not the case, your valuable insights would be well received even as a strategic consultant. So in saying this we have no choice as shareholders to take on board what you have said, and continue to monitor the board, it's decisions (as poor as they can be sometimes) and to be patient on the outcomes.
Why don't you in lay out in a few key points, what you would do differently, how you would pivot the business and the things you would want to see happen over the next 12 months, to achieve a rerate of the share price, a turn back to strong fundamentals in addition to R&D, investment and safe guarded future opportunities. Perhaps if there is enough merit, as shareholders we can put it to them current team and look for any feedback.
I've been in family business, I am aware of the challenges.
