my guess is they,re wanting the money for Tomingley to develope.With just over $4m in the bank and a desire to have this up and running by 2012 I think the funds from CR will go into this.I,d personaly would like to see it going into pushing the Dubbo DZP project but I guess the gold is much nearer to doing and will provide cash flow for DZP.Worse case if CR at .75c and we need $95m we,ar looking at 126m more shares along with existing 250 gives us 376m shs which in the over scheme of things is liverable with and sees this company still with a respectable size sh registry.....many companys out there are over the billion mark with nothing like what we got.
