I really don't understand HotCopper policy on this. I've seen posts on this thread that I reckon were defamatory against the CEO and Board of VAU but they seemed to stay posted. I'm at a loss to see why some of your posts have been censored.
The case McCrae v Reynolds about 10 years ago highlighted that just because this is supposedly an anonymous forum, you can be sued for defamatory and slanderous remarks you post on HotCopper.
On this very theme, earlier today I've instructed my KC to identify, and then issue proceedings against, the HotCopper poster who I'll be claiming defamed me by calling me a stupid, bumbling, incontinent old pooh-pooh.
I'm not old!!!!
