I notice you like to emphasise a figure of 17% take up of last years rights issue. So, for the benefit of SH, let's set the record straight...
Shareholder takeup was around 163,000,000 or approx. 17% Offset share takeup was around 116,000,000 or approx. 12%
On top of the SH and offset acceptance, a further around 366,000,000 new shares were taken up clients of the Lead Manager, 62 Capital. That represents a further 37% of the offer.
Therefore, the final take up, from all sources, was around 66%. I personally think that an injection of around $2,65M was a very credible result given the Husic announcement prior to the offer opening.
