    So your saying, for the Myrtleford aquisition, Serras share are on a vwap pro rata, therefore the lower the sp the more shares they get?.. they would need to layer the sell stack to create a fake sell depth and push the sp lower.. this might explain the capping and zero response to great news, Serra doesnt want it to run yet. Does that sound right?
