Look I have sold stock in another company in the past when low ball STI’s were awarded..but it did not get me anywhere and i regret the sale My observation is Ron does not have much skin in the game at this time..not compared with other ‘mining startup’s’ He got super lucky with Hillgrove and has made all early shareholders significant gains. He is trying to level up and get him self more exposure..and yes he is taking the piss with how low the hurdles are..(and give I am a Director of a company myself) i think the moral compass of $1 is poor indeed. He should have made it above recent share price..thats very poor..even $1.2 would have had better optics..Silly that was Ron. Aside from that..the chairman’s salary is outrageous..fine when we are producing, the mine life is 20 years..etc etc..but not now. You dont need to be paid $800K to get a broker to do an equity raise. Certainly the shares are currently under valued because of the boards antics. Still, if these guys are brilliant miners they are allowed to be a bit optically challenged when it comes to being the CEO/Chairman… It’s still a buy at 80c…but i am expecting more slippery nasty moral compass challenged news…the trouble is Ron is training us to read every release or comment with a LARGE degree of scepticism mmmm
