Agreed, this occurred before the disruptive policy changes, which are set to have a direct impact on the market and IFL. Even if the board is open to some form of concession, I believe Tannara Capital may not align. They've demonstrated their confidence in IFL by increasing their stake, sending a clear signal to potential PE buyers that the company has strong fundamentals and that a lower offer is unlikely to gain support.
