Honest question:
Authium build a processing plant on our land which they own and presumably can do with as they choose.
Then there's an Offtake Agreement for 45kt (LCE) delivered as lithium chloride concentrate.
Are we selling it to them at market, at a discount or are we giving it to them?
Without these details the term sheet is meaningless.
