This is disgraceful board indulgence worse than i can remember seeing.
I had concerns on the boards decision making when they paid over 200k to underwrite lrvo when they could have called 10 shareholders and confirmed conversion of 95% of the remaining options . . I can say that as i held approx 40% of the unconverted options at the time . . And then to raise capital at 52c (options conversion was at 30c) just a few weeks later. Why woukd you underwrite 30c conversion when raising at 52c? The option underwriting was totally non sensical and incompetent.
while hillgrove will be an amazing success for many investors that success is being diluted excessively by a board that is busy stuffing their own wallets feeding off their lucky purchase.
● the chairman does not deserve that salary ● tranch vesting for 10 days above $1 . . Wtf ● The remuneration of the NED . . Mind boggling excessive by a factor of 10x.
