Wow, never a dull moment on the Li roller coaster!!

Still plenty of critical detail required for shareholders to better understand the deal and strategy.
    Eg.
How is Authium “compensated” for funding (and owning) the filtration plant?
What happens with the expansions? Who funds/builds/owns the larger operations..?
How “proven” actually is their tech?
I recall those rincon guys claiming their process was all sorted (before Rio bought) with opex at sub $3k/t to BG carbonate, yet Rio have spent years proving/improving the tech…?
    New EIA/permitting required?
Contract details around operations -  what happens wrt conflicting views on plant development, scaling, etc?
What new risks are introduced for shareholders with a third party plant owner?
What are the new metrics for the project?? NPV IRR etc are surely altered..?
What are the details behind the reasoning for pursuing this approach - how do they assess that this presents the best long-term outcome for shareholders…?

IMO there is a lot to be explained!
…and hey, it may actually be the best option at the moment, we just need to understand clearly why they think it is.

    imo
