Please show more information about license issues for BKT - other than - delays in getting ball rolling with final part construction finance & possible equity partner.
I only found there was some compliance issues & code of conduct with political parties registering for the upcoming elections in Tanzania. Hopefully, the voting rules are worked out.

I looked at various sources & found no major problems in news for BKT. But, found very positive & proactive news from South Korean companies.
However, there could be some confusion with a mine called "Black Rock Mine" in South Africa, that has a dispute with a gemstone mining company. This unrelated mining license dispute is in Links below.
