"I had concerns on the boards decision making when they paid over 200k to underwrite lrvo when they could have called 10 shareholders and confirmed conversion of 95% of the remaining options . . I can say that as i held approx 40% of the unconverted options at the time . . And then to raise capital at 52c (options conversion was at 30c) just a few weeks later. Why woukd you underwrite 30c conversion when raising at 52c?"

This has been my number 1 grievance however I do believe that no person gets everything right & allowances should be made so I chalked it down to human error, and still do.

In regards to the financial indulgence in my opinion it's unfortunately all too common in my opinion throughout businesses globally & unjustifiable in reality. I'd say so long as human beings are self-centred and greedy this will undoubtedly exist I just refuse to stand for it.

My perspective is, the board have been sufficiently rewarded for acquiring Hillgrove (and so they should have been) and if they want more shares they can buy it on market like the rest of us or factor in shares as part of the salary instead of cash or make a vesting condition that warrants that kind of remuneration (like acquiring another Hillgrove).

Now we need to get @ttzirtis onboard and the momentum has begun.
