Regarding the offtake, why would Chemphys go ahead with buying 3 mln usd of Galan stock the end of January? This doesn't add up if the dd showed red flags.
To me it seems more likely Chemphys wants to preserve more cash themselves now or they had conditions which are not in our favour.
