I know from history that there have been some ASX listed companies that have not disclosed to market if they have been in discussions with potential suitors, primarily surrounding apparent value.
No agreement reached and no notification to market.
I cant see how that can be legal.
I know NEU management are on record saying that they have been in discussions surrounding licencing of NNZ2951 and that a very high bar has been set. How high is the bar? Where do the suitors see the bar?
As shareholders, why aren't we privy to some details in relation to these discussions??? Particularly monetary issues.
