Does anyone have a view to contradict my interpretation of this.....
which is tantamount to saying
"significant time has passed and finances have dwindled, and behold we have little to show for it. Please observe our minor update to a regressive milestone which now makes it all the more certain this mine cannot be constructed until 2027, if at all, and won't produce cashflow until 2028"
at least the bar at aspen is getting a workout.
