1. On what basis, as chairman, does he deserve a salary that is almost 4 x the average of asx list mining company and over 3.5 x the average asx company with market cap exceeding $870 million . . (2 x our current market cap).
2. The acquisition of hillgrove was clearly amazing in timing, however, since then the vast majority that has driven the share price is the amazing uplift in gold and antimony prices. As has been highlighted over and over 'we are just bringing back on line an existing working mine' .. not rocket science that demands a chairman earning a salary of this magnitude. The work of the board and especially chairman has been ok at best and mediocre if you wanted to look at it more sceptically. The underwriting of lrvo . . Non sensical, the capital raises at 52c . . In the words of mark himself at the Sydney Mining Club . . It was easy to access funds (when speaking about path to raising funds for bring mining to production . . With it being 'easy to access funds' this 100% implies you raised too cheaply and in that excessively diluted the existing shareholders you should be protecting.

3. So mark . . What is it you have done that differentiates you by a factor of 3.5 - 4 above the average chairman of companies with market caps double ours ?
