It seems logical to me that a public release like this must mention the likelihood of missing guidance if progress to date indicates that. It seems to me that continuous disclosure would require that.
The fact that it does not say that leaves me with the conclusion that KCN is on track to achieve guidance.
Amazing how quick many are to criticise management at every opportunity.
Sure progress has been slower than some here think it should be, but dragging an operating mine out of the ashes and achieving a cash positive outcome since re-opening in the Thai environment is no mean feat.
