I have just used Flight Centre and TravelOz and frankly even the current share price is over the top for the lack of robustness, poor level of professionalism, abyssmal business processes especially the client facing ones, general incompetence in the front office and back office and lack of disclosure on a number of key matters including fees, commissions, cross-ownership, lack of currency trading transparency when using TravelOZ for currency transfers let alone the credit card sized foreign exchange rates which is not dislcosed when you enter the transaction. Only to be discovered when you try and exit the funds. Front end staff claim no knowledge of this as they only sell the currency.
Then try talk to them if you have an issue, like trying to actually use your card or get money out without other services wanting fees as well and you get the old Phillipino call centre....a lesson in self control dealing with the staff there.
Wouldn't use them again, ever nor would I advocate anyone else to use them.
I was a shareholder but exited at a tiny profit when it was around $21. What was I thinking.
The current share price is way too high, still.
