But that doesn't actually reveal anything as the "processing fee" and "refining charges" could be anything, right?
As I speculated yesterday, maybe they are content to get into production by any means necessary, first, then use that as a stepping stone for unlocking Phases 2 and 3 and, maybe even, Candelas.
This has turned into a very long-term bet, again. Unless of course, a predator is convinced by their plans, and decides to upgrade their takeover offer.
Also, "funded to production" also seem contingent on everything going smoothly.
