I think silver is still being manipulated but it's getting harder to pull off, I think the big US Bullion banks are in some cooperation with China to keep the price down & maybe China is doing most of the shorting, who knows? But I think it's a bit obvious and embarrassing if the gold silver ratio gets above 100 to1 and that might be what's keeping them in step, otherwise they would be happy with a 200 to 1 ratio.
