My apologies. I just got online (although stuck a bit on the other thread) from a 2-hour flight.

The US$96-CAPEX/ton/year comes from dividing the Estimated Start-up CAPEX by the Target Annual Production Capacity - which in this case US$3,360,000,000 / 35,000,000 tons/year = US$96.
