I dare say you are wrong on this one. Unless "Andrew" is a female name, I suspect this is more of the Subscription Agreement that was passed at the EGM where AWD was going to put in cash for shares at 0.01.

Again, I ask, why would he have been the seller at 0.008 at the same time buying at 0.01? Doesn't seem to make sense to me if he did.

And further, dare I say it, it is more needed cash that seems to be being stumped up for MST at crucial points in time.

So we've probably eliminated AWD & MOD as the seelers earlier this week.
