HRZ share price. Where to next?, page-30

I've no problem with what you've said or done,chilli. I just wish the share price would be allowed to follow suit.But, in my absolutely jaundiced view, GC and nominee company activity bring worrisome scenarios to mind. Plus, it pisses me off to see unfair and illegal market plays robbing value from retail shareholders, many of whom,me included, haven't got the ability to obtain an inexhaustible supply of funds from the HRZ market by fake shorting, then covering with a little extra added to gain some profit, with which to buy shares at the knocked down price.They don't have to put their hands in their own pockets like we have to. It's a form of theft which is why it's illegal. They get away with it because ASIC,the ASX and both major parties, don't give a sh*t.
And nothing will change until they're made to give a sh*t.
I have every admiration for the dogged persistence of an MMA activist shareholder to bring these entities to account.I'll quote an extract from his solicitors letter to the MMA Board.They will ignore it at their peril. " For a host of reasons,it is important that the company and its board understand the identity of its share holders..Please ..confirm whether the company has taken steps to ascertain the identity of the ultimate beneficial owners of share parcels held by nominee companies ..pursuant to section 672A of the Corporations Act 2001[cmwlth].." end quote. I feel our Board should do the same with regard to our nominee companies. Otherwise,they may get a shock when Board elections are due.They may find well 'credentialed candidates with 'appropriate' experience lining up against them.It would not surprise me if Nebari Gold and Golden Crane got together to work out a mutually beneficial plan for HRZ which would come at a cost to retail shareholders. If those two entities were to act in concert with the combination of shares they would hold at the time of the board elections, they could end up in full control. i would urge HRZ directors to act on section 672A and refuse to register shares if they feel something dodgy is going on.This is my gut feel. But as I've said before,I'd be delighted to be proved wrong. But be aware, HRZ is a glittering prize for some well heeled entities. And they will want it all.
