Today's sale of the Wasley, South Australia feedmill is good in that it returns a profit that as @Cocky5 said can be used to pay down debt, but poultry producers like Baiada wanting to have their own feedmills was previously identified by another 'HC' contributor as a business risk for RIC.
However Quinton Hildebrand is an excellent CEO so pleasing that despite choppy trading conditions, the business is on track for $5 million in savings from FY26 onwards.
