Well, I suspect that something like that has happened, and the BoD want to be rewarded for their efforts before the news is announced and have everything in place and in concrete by the 16.05.2025, you have to remember that LCM MOU will turn into a definitive agreement from last year, UK's Critical Minerals 2025 will be released, FORD project will be ending, even if the Funding is announced after that, the Commercial Plant will still be ready in early 2027, will make no difference.
