just ran too hard too fast
can't keep up this pace
correction due
agree long term propects are very good
especially when property on the rise again in a couple of years time
sp rises not warranted in present conditions
I say watch it go lower before it goes higher
unless the fund managers 'use overkill' in buying and selling to meet deadlines
looks like that is what is happening now
